FLUID BACKBEND MANDALA

*Join Sanieh for a fluid, expansive and synovial back bending practice. Together, we will courageously and creatively swim within Sahaja; the spontaneous and delightful, organic source of movement arising from the heart; breaking free of habitual patterns of movement and being in this body and in our lives. Just as nothing is static in the Universe, we will explore the continuous “full-bodies” expressions of our individual heart opening flow honoring the stages of conscious evolution respectively known as “krama vinyasa” as taught in the Krishnamacharya lineage.

Graceful Strength
Centered in heart and spirit, this practice will petition our inner warrior. Iintentionally anchored, our breath driven movement will gracefully show us how to harness our inner warrior in a peaceful, playful and patient and way through means of exploring arm balances in the flow.
Body Prayer
How would you move if someones life or well being was dependent on the state of your grace? How would you practice if it were your only means to say “I love you”? In this peaceful and very liquid experience will cross the abyss and head straight to the heart of yoga through intentional, meaningful and loving movement. (This class will include live, meditative music).
